I am an artist and illustrator based in Canada. I am best known for my concept-driven editorial, colourful surface pattern and whimsical children's book illustrations.

 

Clients include New York Times, New York Review of Books, National Geographic Kids, Washington Post, LA Times, Globe and Mail, Boston Globe, Seattle Stranger, Food and Drink magazine, Canadian Broadcasting Corp., among many others.

My experience as a communicator spans written and visual storytelling, which has honed my ability to create layered meaning in my work. A lengthy career in community building has given me a keen eye for finding beauty in the everyday.
