I am a self-taught artist living on the Canadian prairies. I am best known for my concept-driven editorial, colourful surface pattern and whimsical children's book illustrations. Clients include New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, Globe and Mail, Boston Globe, Canadian Broadcasting Corp., among many others.

My experience as a communicator spans written and visual storytelling, which has honed my ability to create layered meaning in my work. A lengthy career in community building has given me a keen eye for finding beauty in the everyday.
